How much will it cost for reporting as a Reg A + public company if I take this route?

What is the ongoing cost of reporting having completed your Regulation A+ offering? If you choose to be listed on the OTCQB market place then you’ll need to report financials once every six months with an audit once a year, and if you are listed on the OTCQX market place then you’ll need to report financials once every quarter, with an annual audit. The cost to do so, the cost of your auditing firm, I would say that the low end of the audit cost is going to be twenty thousand dollars a year and up depending on the firm you use and their relative hourly rate and also how complex your business is. So maybe your auditing costs per year would be forty or fifty thousand dollars a year for a more complex business. I don’t think you need dedicated staff to fulfill this reporting requirement on your OTC public shares. Remember this is not a full NYSC or NASDAQ IPO, this is a public offering using Reg A+ with far reduced reporting requirements.
